I have always enjoyed writing short stories, which have appeared in many anthologies.   The two I have chosen here are Smelling of Roses, which was in the anthology Dying for It – Tales of Sex and Death, (Thunder’s Mouth Press, New York), and Le Plaisir du Chef from Winter’s Tales (Constable).  

My most recently published story, Love and Death in Renaissance Italy, was in the anthology Getting Even (Serpent’s Tail).
